Located on the street locally know as Soi Sunday after the original Spa resort that it replaces. That’s right Sundays has now been torn down. But in its place is one of the coolest small projects, and its lucky owners already love the result.

Great sized interiors from 135 sqm – 210 sqm and plenty of space in the enormous common area. Walled-in and surrounded by trees, plants and gardens this is definitely a one-off for Koh Samui. Recycling the existing horticulture was high on the agenda.
