There is no time to wait! at least not to get in on a great new development.
Although there is time to consider which one. There are some that we don’t want to touch and others that strike a favourable glance from more than one or two admirers.
Still watch out for developers offering guaranteed returns, as these are generally masked in uncertainty. How can a developer give a guarantee on something that has either not been built, or is untried and not tested.
